Como se puede ver esta idea es la misma que presente al big bang challenge (2009), pero ya que tuve que preparar el miniplan de empresa y hay personas que se quejaron de que no quedaba claro, la pongo un poco más extensa.

La idea consiste en potenciar la presencia en Internet asequible para todos los negocios, incluso los que están empezando.

El concepto de presencia en Internet será, además de la típica web, una herramienta de interacción con los usuarios/clientes.

Se crearan aplicaciones web para mejorar la comunicación de cualquier empresa con sus clientes.

Se crearán herramientas especificas según el problema a resolver; por ejemplo, para una gestoría se crearía una aplicación para facilitar el intercambio de documentación con sus clientes, rellenar formularios de contratos, etc.; para un restaurante se desarrollaría una herramienta que permita elaborar menús diarios, hacer estadísticas de los platos que se piden para poder planificar las compras de ingredientes óptimamente, gestión de reservas online, estado actual de la capacidad del restaurante. En algunas ocasiones se desarrollaran aplicaciones locales (que no necesiten Internet) para completar la herramienta online, por ejemplo en el restaurante se puede implementar un TPV (punto de venta) que funcione sin Internet pero que en cuanto tenga acceso a Internet se sincronice con la herramienta web. Estas aplicaciones se podrán ejecutar en PDAs, móviles o portátiles o cualquier soporte físico compatible.

Estas aplicaciones se crearán en función de la demanda de los usuarios que participarán activamente en la web demandando lo que necesiten.

Primero se abrirá una lluvia de ideas para crear la primera versión de una herramienta.

Una vez puesta en marcha se podrá seguir sugiriendo y opinando sobre la aplicación en sí y en función de ellos se planificarán actualizaciones para poder ofrecer la aplicación óptima para las necesidades reales del mercado.

Además para completar la integración de la empresa en Internet se ofrecerá la creación de una página web, mediante nuestra propia herramienta. Desde el panel de control el usuario podrá editar los textos y cambiar la hoja de estilos.

Todo esto se hará con un precio anual muy ajustado con el fin de que cualquier empresa pueda contar con una gran aplicación que le permita desarrollarse y ofrecer los mejores servicios a sus clientes sin necesidad de invertir grandes cantidades de dinero en ello.

Desde hace tiempo estoy trabajando en la que podría ser la primera herramienta, una gestoría que permite a los negocios llevar sus gestiones internas y ofrecer interacción web a sus clientes.

Para los curiosos comentaros que hay 3 tipos de usuarios:  

Administradores: Controlan contenido especifico de la web y gestionan los demás usuarios.
Usuarios:  Son los trabajadores de la gestoría que pueden subir documentos etc a los clientes.
Clientes web:  Son usuarios web de los propios clientes (gestionados por administrador) que tienen la opcion de interactuar con la gestoria.

Para completar esta idea de negocio se necesitaria gente con ideas a desarrollar y a ofrecer su opinión de lo que quieren a cambio de poder comprar luego la herramienta a un precio realmente asequible.

Esta idea de negocio contaria con un portal en el que se haria el brain storming y se informaria del estado de desarrollo de cada una de las propuestas seleccionadas. (todavía por implementar)
