Tea is the most consumed beverage in the whole world other than water. It is a drink that enjoys a rich tradition and history across many nations in the world.
Despite all this, tea has really not gotten any of the respect it deserves on the internet. For wine lovers sites like Cork'd and Vinfolio allow users to be social about wine, share reviews, find new wines, etc. Yet, there is nothing of the sort for tea.
My idea is for a social tea website, much like Cork'd is for wine, where people can easily review teas, and access a wide database of teas each tagged and organized by users. The online tea community is looking for more than just blogs and forums, and the time to build what they want is now!
